This building was built in the early nineteenth century. My 500 sq ft condo is on the first floor. I've extensively remodeled including refinishing the original wood floors, window frames, and molding; polishing the metal steam pipes, tiling the entire bathroom, putting wood floors in the bedroom, and making the closet bigger.
My stuff will be out of your way. There will be clean sheets, towels, and blankets. Feel free to use the TV, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, french press, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, beer steins, beer glasses, wine glasses, whiskey glasses, salt, pepper, oil, & guidebooks. Just be nice to the my furniture and decorations:)
I'll meet you there, give you the key, show you around, and then stay away unless you need me.
Parking: free on the weekends & metered during the week. During the week there are some spots right in front of the building that are free for an unlimited amount of time; but they are quickly taken. Otherwise, It's best to park on 300 East where there is free 2-hour parking in the median of the street.
