A 3-floor house in the center, 3km to the City Postal Office, 2km to Hoi An park- the biggest park in the city, 14km to Sam Son beach.

The house is located opposite the river so it is very cool. There are many trees there, too.
Very convenient location: close to the local market, close to Big C supermarket, on the way to Sam Son beach, near the park, and city center.

I live in Hochiminh city so basically you will stay with my family (including my parents and my sister). They are friendly but cannot speak English. I believe you can write or use body language for necessary stuff. You can also download the Vietnamese dictionary to your phone to communicate with them.
If you need any help, you can call me anytime.

If your staying is from 3 nights, we will offer you a dinner with our family which is very friendly and traditional, and can be a good experience for you.
