A luxury camping experience, this rustic eco-friendly yurt features a double futon, a single futon, and stunning views.
In BC First Nations legend, the hummingbird symbolizes beauty, intelligence, and love - making it the perfect creature to associate with this yurt, which is most often chosen by honeymooners and couples! Situated a short distance from the other yurts, couples enjoy a little added privacy. It's also eco-friendly and provides a luxurious camping experience with battery powered LED lighting, gas fireplaces, linens, dishes, cutlery and cedar decks.
Yurt guests have full usage of communal washrooms. Guests can also enjoy surfing and hiking on the beaches of the surrounding coastal rainforest.
Guests checking in after 5pm must notify Leavetown at the time of booking.
Please also note that yurts do not have drinking water, due to their remote nature. The taps at the campsite and yurt shower block have water that is suitable for washing up and boiling for cooking, but guests are asked to bring their own drinking water with them. There are supermarkets selling bottled water and refillable water containers in both Ucluelet and Tofino, you'll also find a small but well stocked shop at the WYA Point Resort Welcome Centre (at the junction from port Alberni). If you are driving to WYA Point Resort from elsewhere on the island you'll also pass large supermarkets in Port Alberni.
