Dans le quartier, nous pouvons trouver tous les types de services: nombreux restaurants, supermarchés, cafés, pharmacie, boulangeries...etc.


L'emplacement est le point de départ idéal pour explorer la ville à pied de toutes les principales attractions touristiques comme tour Clérigos, librairie Lello, rivière Douro, café Magestic, rue Santa Catarina, marché du Bolhão, les Caves à vin et la zone de Galerias de Paris ou vous pouvez trouver les bars et les clubs plus branchés de la vie nocturne.

Une cuisine toute équipée avec four, plaque à induction, réfrigérateur, couverts, lave et sèche linge, lave vaisselle, micro-ondes, etc.

La salle de bain complète avec douche, savon et serviettes de toilette sont fournis.

Dans le salon une TV, un canapé lit avec la place pour 2 autres personnes (enfants ou adultes). L'appartement dispose aussi de WI-FI internet.

La chambre composé 1 lit double - linge fourni.

This was a truly disappointing experience. After I made my reservation, Catia told me she had only made her apartment available by accident and that the date was not available. After some back and forth, Catia said she could do it, but it would be a late check-in. I was in a pinch, so I agreed (I had come to Porto from the US a few days earlier on a day's notice to take care of my parents who had gotten in a nasty car accident, and were in hospitals 2 hours apart - I had nowhere to stay that night, and I was figuring all of this out on my phone in a public space). Shortly after, Catia informed me that there wouldn't be wifi. I needed wifi to be in touch with hospitals and doctors in Portugal and back home, so this wouldn't work. Catia emailed again a little while later and assured me I could use wifi from the bakery downstairs, but that felt tenuous to me. I was alone, spending my days on trains and in hospitals, and really just needed a safe, dependable, no-surprises place to come home to; between the delayed check-in time, the wifi problem, and the multiple messages with changes, this didn't feel trustworthy. I decided to cancel, I politely told Catia, and she was very understanding. I went to the Airbnb app, and the system said I couldn't cancel, because the reservation had already been cancelled. I tried again - ironically because I wanted to leave a note affirming that Catia tried her best - but again, it didn't work. I figured Catia cancelled it herself, and I moved on to find a new place to stay. A week later, after returning home, I realized I had been charged for the reservation - the cancellation didn't go through somehow - and after some back and forth with Airbnb, it turns out that Catia refuses to refund me. It all makes me pretty sad, to be honest. The impression I got was that a series of accidents got in the way of this being a good place for me to stay, but I really thought Catia was well-intentioned and trying her best. Now it turns out that she doesn't really care about the impact of any of it, and just wants the money. It's clear that the apartment didn't meet the description, and I have emails between us where we agreed that the reservation would be cancelled, and I obviously didn't stay there in any case - but she still wants me to pay for it. Catia is saying that I didn't technically cancel, so she couldn't host anyone else. During the day we were going back and forth, she sent me more than a dozen messages - she couldn't send one more to ask me to follow through on the cancellation? Or just cancel it herself? Hello Yotam, Unfortunately I did not have the pleasure of meeting You. In any case I would love to have welcomed in my house. I think there were some confusion. I'm sorry if I was not clear with you in the messages but believe me that what I most wanted was to help you. When you booked my apartment I had just put the ad on airbnb website, it was a matter of minutes when I saw your instant reservation. I did not know much about the site airbnb was the first time I was using it and the first time I was putting an ad. When I saw your instant booking I was not in Porto so in the beginning I was not sure if I could welcome you the next day.It is now reserved that you booked on the 19th to arrive on the 20th. But I made all my efforts because I saw what you were needing and the next day I went back to the port. When the next morning I arrived at the apartment the internet was not working, I got in touch with the technicians but they were not available to come home to solve the problem and I quickly send a message to you about the problem .... I'll see later Which is a problem for you and I try to find a plan B to try to have a solution. So I went downstairs and asked the internet access to the boss of the bakery for you to have access at home. He kindly gave me the codes and I share this information with you. I went up to my house and tried to access the internet to see if it works and if it did not have any problem and I communicate with you that everything is well, that the problem is solved and that you can come without problem. You even asked me if there were bars on the side and I told him yes and they all had internet. We had arranged to check in late in the afternoon when 1 hour before the agreed time you send me a message saying that it was not coming anymore. When I got the message the cleaning was already done, the whole house ready to welcome you. During the afternoon I did not even go to work to receive it. To be honest, I did not understand much because you canceled everything at the last minute. After that I called the site to ask them to cancel the days that you had blocked with your stay, and they replied that only you could do it and that I could not do anything. In short, I kept my days locked, unable to do anything, waiting for you to do something on your side. You could also have sent me a message to ask. You never told me anything again, I could not imagine your situation. As I said at the beginning of my answer I did not know how to use the site well so I called them directly to explain the situation. I understand that you have been sad, and I am sorry for all this situation but believe that what I most wanted was to have been able to help you. Like you, I would like you to understand that in the middle of this story I also lost time to try to make everything work. Ubicación perfecta, cerca del centro de Oporto y de toda la zona turística. Piso ideal para pasar un fin de semana en pareja. Los anfitriones, tanto Catia como sus padres, muy acogedores y simpáticos.

Très bel appartement, accueilli par les parents de catia très gentil. Catia donne plein de conseil pour visiter porto par message et est très disponible. L'appartement est pas loin du métro 5 minutes à pied, on entend un peu la rue mais lorsqu'on passe des journées à visiter et marcher pas de mal pour dormir dans cet appartement très propre et qui dispose de tous les équipements. Nous reviendrons sans soucis.

Gostámos muito do apartamento, super central! A Cátia foi sempre super rápida a responder e a sua familia que foi quem nos recebeu foi muito atenciosa. Excelente escolha!

El apartamento era pequeño pero con todas las comodidades, igual que en las fotos, muy limpio. La ubicacion perfecta. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, no dudariamos en volver .Catia estuvo pendiente de todas las dudas que le pudiéramos plantear. El recibimiento muy bueno con unas botellitas de vino de oporto y unas pastas, todo estupendo

La comunicación con Catia fue excelente desde un primer momento, y agradecemos su buena disposición. Aunque ella no nos recibió personalmente, su madre nos esperó hasta una hora tardía, tras la llegada de nuestro vuelo, y nos recibió y explicó todo con gran amabilidad y simpatía. El apartamento está bastante bien situado (aunque cuesta arriba), muy cerca de todos los lugares céntricos (Avenida de los Aliados, por ejemplo) y a un tiro de piedra de la estación de metro Trindade, con conexión directa con el aeropuerto y el resto de las líneas de metro. Todo es nuevo y bastante bien cuidado, aunque el espacio nos pareció algo más pequeño de lo que prometía en las fotografías (da para dos personas con equipaje) y el precio que pagamos un poco alto. El mayor problema para nosotros fue que, pese a los vidrios dobles de las amplias ventanas, al estar situado en una avenida con no poco tráfico, por las noches el ruido de los coches y motos que aceleran para subir la calle es bastante molesto para conciliar el sueño. Sin embargo, el colchón de la cama era nuevo y muy cómodo (algo poco usual en apartamentos de alquiler temporal). Aunque la televisión no funcionó durante los días que pasamos allí, parece que era un problema de la antena del edificio. Los demás electrodomésticos funcionaban perfectamente, al igual que el wi-fi. Por lo demás, en las inmediaciones encontramos cafés y un supermercado en un centro comercial cercano. Fue nuestro reducto durante nuestra visita a Oporto y ayudó a que disfrutáramos de la ciudad y a que queramos volver cuanto antes. Gracias Catia por tu amabilidad.
