Perfect location in central Tórshavn. Cozy room in a 1950's stylish designed house within short walking distance from nearly everything in town 1) cultural/historical sites like Tinganes, Skansin, 2) scenic/natural sites like Svartifossur, Boðanes and 3) restaurants like “Áarstova”, “Barbara Fishhouse”, “Ræst” and 5 minutes walk from tourist office, drugstore, bakery, library, cinema, mall, shops, The National Stadium and the city’s swimming pool. Bus stop is almost right next to the house.

We have 3 rooms in AIRBNB including 2 shared bathrooms. The rooms have 3 different entries in AIRBNB under the names 1) Cozy stay in central Tórshavn, 2) Wonderful stay in the heart of Tórshavn and 3) Pleasant stay in the center of Tórshavn.

All together we have space for 6 guests in these 3 rooms. In the second floor we have the ”Cozy” room for max. 2 guests which can socialize and share a bathroom in the first floor with the family. In the basement we have 2 rooms, the ”Wonderful” room and the ”Pleasant” room which have a separate entrance from the rest of the house, giving guests a lot of privacy. The “Wonderful” room and the ”Pleasant” room are for max. 2 guests. The rooms have shared bathroom.

The guests are welcome to use the garden of the house resting before and after a good day of activities.

Stay and relax in the cozy garden of the house. Within the nice garden are a couple of outdoor tables, a bench, several chairs and an 80 years old Faroese wooden boat where it is possible to take a break before and/or after a day of amazing experiences.

Rare area in the center of Tórshavn with few houses in an unique street. The house is on the main street of the city and at the same time on a special little side street with only 7 older houses. From the garden of the house you can see the mountains and the viewpoint - the basalt obelisk - erected in 1882 to commemorate the visit of the Danish king Christian IX's visit to the Faroe Islands in 1874. In less than 3 minutes you can walk up to this basalt obelisk where you have a splendid view of Tórshavn which by the inhabitants is also called "Havn".
