This third floor home is ideally located in a quiet location in Edinburgh's city centre. The meadows is just outside and there is also a large shared garden with picnic tables. This a comfortable and calm space with spacious and bright rooms. The bedroom, kitchen and shared bathroom has beautiful views across the garden, towards Arthur's Seat. The living room is street facing, and full of light in Edinburgh's long evenings. Guests are welcome to make themselves at home.
This recently renovated flat is bright, airy and spacious. The bedroom has ample storage with a chest of drawers and wardrobe, a writing desk and dressing table.
Open the curtains to see the green of the garden and, beyond, Arthur's seat. The kitchen also has peaceful views to the garden and Arthur's Seat. It is well equipped and also has a dining table. In the living room, curl up in the armchair by the window and enjoy views across the meadows and the castle.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living room, which you will be sharing with me. And the bathroom is shared between you and the other bedroom's guest(s) when occupied. In the large shared garden there are picnic tables which you are welcome to use.
I am happy to answer any questions and to be of help however I can!
You are welcome to help yourself to tea, coffee, and what nots. Also, I have a few golf clubs for the Short Hole Golf course that's right around the corner!
- No shoes in house
- Quiet between 10pm and 8am
-Please pick up after yourself
-In trying to maintain a peaceful space, I would discourage guests who come just to sample edinburgh's late night revelries.

I am a Caribbean lady living in Edinburgh, working on my PhD in Social Anthropology. I recently returned from 2 years of fieldwork in the Solomon Islands, where I was working on my research. I'm easy going, and interested in meeting all kinds of folk. Welcome!
