Our place was built in 1926 and still maintains that rustic charm with modern amenities. 100 feet of river frontage with ample space for groups indoors and out. Fishing, rafting, mountain biking, hiking, hot springs and golf are all nearby. Tokatee is 3 miles away and the McKenzie river trail begins directly across the river.
Guests need to be aware current of river can be swift at times and must be aware of children and pets at all times.
The fire pit has been reserved for owner use only dependent upon fire safety, which changes seasonally. If there is a fire already started, please feel free to enjoy, but retain the right to start a fire to the locals.
The upstairs rooms have roof access, please stay off the roof and leave screens shut and locked at all times.
Pets: Friendly dogs that are housebroken, monitored and cleaned up after are welcome.
Please take all garbage with you.
Please place all towels and sheets in a pile on the floor of the laundry room. You can leave beds unmade.
Load and run the dishwasher.
Remove any food items from the refrigerator.
Turn off lights, ceiling fans or other electronics.
Lock the doors, close the windows.
Place keys back in the lock box as you leave.
