No other guests present in household except a mature, friendly respectful profesional mechanical engineer , so definitely NOT a crowded home - expect peace and quiet, 24-7. All the other rooms are vacant and stay vacant at all times.
The en-suite room has: a massive wardrobe, bedside drawer , laundry basket and a study desk and office chair. Ensuite room is situated opposite a cul-de-sac, so peace and quiet at all times.
Full bedding provided (duvet, pillows, fresh sheets).
Free toiletries include shampoo and shower gel.
Fresh towels also provided.
There is free wifi internet (unlimited).
Complementary tea & coffee in kitchen.
Fridge/Freezer and cabinet storage space in kitchen allocated to all guests.
Iron/ironing board available, washing machine + free washing powder, and airer also available.
Pet-free and child-free home.
Guests may access the kitchen and its facilities (microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, storage cabinets) as well as the washing machine.
The lounge is also available to guests with digital tv
I usually meet & greet guests, but live elsewhere. However, I am fully reachable via phone, text/SMS or Airbnb messaging. You will generally have the place to yourself and/or with another guest who is a mature, respectful and friendly mechanical engineer - so please feel at home in a massive 5 bed townhouse !
If no one is around during departure kindly lock door then deposit key through letterbox (slot) located at front door .

- • Kindly clean up after cooking/eating and please observe general tidiness.
