We expect you to treat and enjoy our premium homestay (not just hotel) just as you would treat and enjoy your own home.

As we do not charge cleaning fees we expect our guests to help in the cleanliness throughout.

‍ No smoking in the unit.

All AC/lights should be turned off when not in use and all rubbish need to be cleared at Refuse room upon check out with appreciation.

Our cleaning fees are S$20 or RM50/- per unit for guests who dun fulfill our House Rules. Loss of key card costs rm150 for replacement. Please take care to safe keep and return to reception guard upon checking out.

We provide some spare towels thus please bring your own Towels for better personal hygiene.

Through corporate alliances, we are able to offer our guests corporate discounted Legoland main themed park tickets at very attractive rate.

To add more value to our guests, we also provide car rental from rm 120-250 per day to tour Johor, with self driving, which are half of commercial car rental rates!

Nice and spacious unit. About less than 10 mins walk to Puteri Harbour. Ample parking spaces available. The host greeted us at the lobby but didn't have the time to show us the unit. 2 of the toilets drain was clogged. Towels provided was damp and didn't smell fresh. 2 of my guest got rashes on their body that looks like bed bug bites. Unless there's an improvement in the future, I won't be considering this unit for my next stay.

Get the host or co-host to show the unit during check in as there could be necessitates which might not be there or functional. Induction cooker can't be use - can't on (maybe purposely off from the main power), insufficient toilet roll and bath towel (4 towels for 8 guest), no drying rack (reconfirm before booking for the drying rack) , dusty cabinet and floor not very clean. We stayed for 3D2N.

It is a very new development indeed, still having construction in the surrounding area. But, that did not cause any hindrance to us in getting about/around the area. Close proximity to Hello Kitty Land. The apartment has a welcoming vibe right from the security to the Tower lobby and into the unit itself. Unit was well kept, beds were good for sleep, pillows could be better though.. Owner provided iron & board, hair dryer and pantry were well equipped. We do hope others could be more considerate though - we noticed the wall mounted TV console were already slanting down when we checked in. Overall, it was a great stay for our family of 7 adults & 2 young kids, we enjoyed our family time there.

this apartment is comfortable for family who plan to visit lego land and hello kitty town, to go to lego we spent 4 ringgit by uber car, and to visit hello kitty just walking around 5 minutes.
