Enjoy all that PEC has to offer in this vacation home situated on a beautiful near 2 acre lot backing onto a large pond in the Village Woods subdivision in Rednersville, PEC. Cuddle up and watch a movie at night with the reclining leather theater seating and in floor heating in the spacious lower level rec-room. Relax on the fully covered deck in your hammock with a nice book and a glass of wine. The subdivision includes walking trails and access to the Bay of Quinte just a short walk away.
Enjoy this beautiful vacation home in a quiet neighborhood in Prince Edward County (PEC). Barley Road is located in PEC close to Belleville, Trenton, Wellington, Picton and Bloomfield.
PEC (also known as "The County") is one of Canada's best kept secrets. It is a island full of history, and charm. Every year brings a selection of new places to eat, drink, and explore.
There are now over 40 wineries in PEC, as well as some distilleries and lately many craft breweries as well. PEC has become the culinary capital and has award winning chefs in many locations throughout the island.
Barley Rd Vacation home is just 15 mins from Wellington and the famous Drake Devonshire Restaurant/Inn. The wineries are also about 15 mins away. The roads are quiet so you can bicycle as well.
Famous Sandbanks Provincial Park, North Beach, Wellers Bay, Presqu'ile Provincial Park and The Bay of Quinte are all within 15-30 mins drive. If you have not been to this area before you will wonder why it took you so long to come and visit!
Note: This home is situated on a large pond that runs about about 1000+ feet to County Rd 23. The pond is not for swimming, but it does have small fish in it. The home also includes local access to the larger body of water (Bay of Quinte) which is about a 5-8 mins walk away. You could swim here if you wish. There are steps to the water. A public boat launch is just a 5 min drive away.
Note2: This home is protected by 24hr video surveillance on the exterior only.
You will have access to all parts of the home except the furnace room, water storage room, and the garage. The driveway is very large and wide with room for at least 5-6 vehicles.

- Sandbanks pass is available for guest use on stays that are 2 nights or more. Please make sure to return that beach pass before your checkout or you will be charged a $150 fee so it can be replaced.
- Garage currently unavailable for guest use but driveway is very large with lots of parking spaces.
