My 50 m2 cozy flat is situated 5 min from urban Grünerløkka, within walking distance from the City Center and Oslo Central Station. Exellent for 2-3 persons, good for 4. If you bring children, they will love the beautiful green backyard with a nice playground for relaxation, games and fun!
The apartment has a bright, separate bedroom with a comortable 160 cm wide double bed, and a closet with plenty of space for your clothes. There is a separate, small, but fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table . Three high, double windows allow plenty of natural light in the living room, which is furnished with a coach, comfy to sleep on, two sitting chairs, a salon table and a working desk. There's a TV and an open fireplace. The living room has a wooden oak floor and bookshelves with quite a bit of literature in english. There's an extra matress of good quality available, if you prefer that rather than the coach, or for a fourth person. Separate bathroom and toilet for your convenience.
Included in the prize is free wi-fi internet connection, free use of the washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen to make your own food, free coffee and tea. The bathroom has a shower cabinet, a sink, soap and shampoo and a hairdryer. Clean linen an towels, extra pillows and blankets if you should need it. Take the stairs three floors down, and you are outside in a lovely, green backyard (actually it has won prices!). Exellent for relaxing on the lawn with a book, or preparing a picnic at one of the sitting groups, or - if you are a child - exploring the playground, and maybe meet some other kids who live here.
Quiet after 23 in the evening. Smoking strictly forbidden in the bedroom. No outside guests allowed in the flat. No belongings of mine are allowed to take out of the house, included kitchen equipment.
