The apartment is located in the center of Nagoya. It's a six-minute walk from Fushimi Station to the apartment. The next stations of it are Nagoya and Sakae. The apartment is within walking distance of Osu and in a convenient place to go to famous tourist spots in Nagoya.
The room can accommodate up to seven people with four beds and provides you with basic necessities such as a pocket wifi. It doesn't matter whether or not you are a transient guest. You will be warmly welcomed!
・No eating or drinking on the beds.
･No pets allowed.
･Please turn off the air conditioner/heater when you're not in the house.
･Please keep your noise levels to a minimum at night.
･Please take off your shoes at the entrance. No wearing shoes in the house.
･No additional people are allowed without permission.
･The use of any form of fire indoors is strictly prohibited.
・No incense - no cigarettes - no candles
･Please do not respond to the intercom (Ignore if the doorbell rings)
･Have fun but don't be too loud.
･Please make sure to separate all garbage Garbage is divided into categories and put in different bags. Please separate your: Burnable, recyclable (cans, plastic bottles, glass), and non-burnable items. Please put these in separate bags. Be mindful of others so we can maintain good relations. And if you would like to throw away large-sized garbage such as a suit case, please let me know for sure. It costs some fees to throw it away.
*Don't do anything that can disturb others. Most importantly, please think of this as your home and be comfortable. We would like you to enjoy your stay.
