Great location, steps from restaurants, bars, and cafes, and close to parks and grocery stores. Perfectly located for business travelers or vacationers. This home is well-equipped with everything you could need for a weekend or a month including WiFi and a full sized fridge. Sleeps up to 6. Lots of fruit trees in the shaded backyard to kick back and relax.

Please remove your shoes upon entry to help sustain integrity of space.
Please refrain from eating outside of the kitchen/dining area or backyard. No one likes food left in beds, couches or floors.
Risk/Liability. By renting this property, you are assuming all risks and liabilities for any damage done to person or property, agents, employees, or visitors occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises, both latent and manifest. We will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind. Guests assume risk of using, bicycles, longboards, utensils, games etc.
The house is in very good condition, however we do not explicitly guarantee heat/ac units, electronics, or appliances. We will absolutely do our best to make repairs as soon as possible after being notified of the problem. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for breakdowns.

We reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for the purpose of, maintenance, inspection, repair, or management.
3. Property Care
We reserve the right to keep deposits and/or rental payment, refuse a rental, apply charges, and discontinue occupancy if the terms of agreement are not met or if (in our judgment) your occupancy of the house is detrimental to the property. The property may not be used for any unlawful purpose.
No damage is done to house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No linens are to be lost or damaged.
NO LOUD PARTIES OR OUTSIDE GUESTS (IE. ONLY GUESTS STAYING AT RENTAL ARE ALLOWED AT THE RENTAL) Quiet time after 11 to respect the neighbors.
4. Check In/Out
Check in time is 3:00 pm or later; Check out time is 10:00 am or earlier. Please respect the check-in & check-out so we can ensure the property is prepared for the next guest prior to arrival.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the trash, no dirty/soiled dishes are left behind.
The unit is to be left securely locked all doors and windows.
5. Eviction Policy
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement.
6. Payment Policy
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
Shoes off inside please. No pets are allowed. The space is pet allergen free and we want to keep it that way for our guests.
NO SMOKING IN UNIT (smoking outside OK) If smoking outside, please dispose of all cigarette butts.
Basically, all we ask is that you respect the space, keep it clean.
