This is a super house for families wanting to be away from the crowds but close enough to not have to drive forever. Our house has 2100 sq ft of available space. It is in the very back of a subdivision so very little traffic.
Wood floors, granite countertops, comfy king bed in the Master bedroom with walk in closet. The master shower is a double headed shower! Large fenced backyard, amazing mountain views, barbeque with a large deck. You won't be disappointed for the price!
Access to the everything upstairs but the office/study. 1 bedroom downstairs is also not accessable. This is where we store our personal things. Home has a Mother-in-law apartment where my father lives.

Jim and I are both outdoor enthusiasts. We enjoy spending time on our property near Zion National Park during the summer and fall. We also enjoy hiking and rappelling in and around Zion National Park. We love traveling to tropical places and diving where we travel. We are both empty nesters and don't have any grandkids(yet). We sell Health and Life Insurance and love our jobs as agents. Our Jobs allow us the flexibility to travel and spend lots of time at our Ponderosa property.
