Welcome to our home located in a quiet and quaint "Norman Rockwell" style neighborhood known as Kinderton Village.

Our home is conveniently located to many places!

*Twin City Soccer Association is literally in our backyard! But a 3.4 mile drive*
*An easy walk to grocery store, convenient store/gas station, nail salon, Subway, Dominos Pizza, La Carreta Mexican Restaurant, Captain's Galley Seafood Restaurant, Quanto Basta Italian Eatery & Wine Bar, and much more!

*We prefer to not wear outdoor shoes in the house.
*We have small children and neighbors in close proximity so we ask that guests be respectful after 10pm and keep noise to a minimum.
*Everything on the first floor is shared (kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom/toy room, eat in kitchen) w/ the exception of your private bedroom and bathroom.
*Our house can accommodate more people. Please inquire about additional sleeping arrangements and pricing!

- Only guests listed as renters are allowed in home unless approved by host.
- Guests are expected to clean up after themselves on a daily basis in common areas.
- Guests will be responsible for cleaning their private bedroom and bathroom including trash removal and laundering of towels and linens.
-At check-in, guests are encouraged to inspect private area for any damage and properly working facilities. Any findings should be discussed immediately.
-Guests must notify host with in 24 hours of any damage or items which are no longer working properly, even if they did not personally cause the damage.
-Any damage to household items including, but not limited to furniture, upholstery, appliances, carpet, decoratives, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, etc., which have occurred during the rental period and by the tenants, guests, or pets, will be reimbursed by tenants. A 3rd party is allowed to be used to quote fair price if necessary.
-Guests are expected conserve electricity and water. It helps keep our rates lower and it's better for the environment! ;)
-Guests agree to follow neighborhood bylaws of HOA agreement.
-Upon check-out, guests are expected to remove all trash and personal items from home. Only light tidying is required. Host will deep clean after your departure. Please leave your space in the same condition as you found it :)

Abby and her family made us feel really welcome. They included us in their activities and also cooked for us. Their kids are very sweet and it was awesome to meet all of them! The neighborhood is safe, quiet and pretty close to the main city. We enjoyed to stay at their house and we would definitely come back!
