The Old Saddlery is on the grounds of an 18th Century house in Collooney County Sligo. It has been newly renovated and has it's own private entrance, living accomodation and courtyard. Guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds, but please remember it is a working farm! Guests can also take the short stroll up to the village of Collooney or a 10 minute drive into Sligo town.
The Old Saddlery is a self contained 1 bedroom appartment with bathroom, kitchen, conservatory and living room.
The area is very quiet and centrally located for exploring Sligo. Guests can make full use of the cottage including the bedroom bathroom and living area with kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is ensuite.
The Old Saddlery is part of a traditional farm building belonging to Camphill House. The space was used to store the saddlery and adjoins the coach house. I live in Camphill House a minute away for The Old Saddlery. The farm is a working farm with beef cattle. Guests are welcome to walk the grounds but please close any gates that are closed behind you. The grounds consist of three acres.
I won't disturb guests but I am available to give advice and information if needed.
As mentioned above animals live on the property and guests may come across them on the grounds.
