Thank you very much for your kind review and we are thrilled that you loved our home. Regarding the few issues that you mentioned: first of all, we apologize for the cold water and slow drainage in the bathtub as these are the type of things that sometime happen in the DR. But as far as having service and repairmen on call 24/7, this is unfortunately not a realistic possibility for a condo complex (unless emergency) and a level of service you only might be able to find at actual resorts or hotels, with total different price points. We did pay for a plumber to come over on Saturday afternoon, for a non emergency (slow draining bathtub drains). Also, as far as cleaning service goes, it was unfortunately not possible to arrange for maids to come on such short notice: same day service, especially on a Saturday afternoon which are always very busy with lots of check-ins and check-outs. I know you had asked me if this was a possibility during your pre-reservation and I apologized if I wasn't clear enough about timing as I thought you would know, being so familiar with the DR.
In the end, as I originally mentioned, you are absolutely welcome back into my home, but I have to respectfully tell you that I won't be able to offer the 24/7 service that you request (unless emergency of course).
