Parisian themed studio all to yourself. You will feel like you're on vacation in this full function space full of ambiance. Private entrance, spot to park your car right outside your window, and keyless entry. This studio is stocked for long stays or short. You can prepare a light meal, take a dip in the pool, sit under the canopy, and even try out the massage chair. Relax, and visualize a Paris flat, open your eyes and you're there!
Great for business travelers, couples for a getaway, traveling nurses, an interim place to be before you find your next home. Queen size bed, abundant walk in closet, cable TV, a mini kitchen stocked for food preparation. Ceiling fan and cafe lights and a portable evaporative cooler...oooohh la la.
The bathroom area is a shower over tub. The cute door knob board on the wall is your towel hanger. One side of the vanity is for bathroom and the other side has been converted to be a mini sink area for kitchen use, including a recycle bin, a dish drain, and cleaning products. Behind the entry door is a staggered rod system for drying your hand washables.
The mini kitchen has a full size fridge and we have basket/crate storage for your own grocery items. To cook there is a combo toaster oven with two burners on top and also a microwave. There is a Keurig coffee maker next to a 3 tiered rack of pool safe dishware, cups, stemless wine glasses, mixing/measuring items, and food storage containers. You have fry pan, pots, cooking utensils, foil, plastic wrap, a cutting board and knife, an omelette maker for the micro, silverware, bag clips, wine opener....if there isn't something you need just ask!
The living area sits between the bathroom/kitchen which is a step down from the entry. The dining area is a fold up table with chair. There are two folding seats that can be added when visitors come by. This table has a window over it with a roman blind so you can customize how much you want to see of the backyard canopy and pool area. You can see your 40" tv from there or sit on the "green monster" which I have fondly named the retro massaging lounge chair. Plug it in and turn the black knob and vibrate away. There is a privacy screen between the living area and the bed. You can use the hooks on the bed side to hang your robe or a purse or some jewelry.
Inside the generous walk-in closet with sliding mirrored doors you will find a chest of drawers, an ironing board and iron, a hamper, a vacuum cleaner, and extra set of sheets.
The shared areas are the driveway and the backyard/pool. You share with the tenant of the main house. Every once in awhile you'll see Buddy, the Boston Terrier that belongs to the tenant of main house.
I'm only a text away.
The studio fits a nightly stay traveler and a long stay. The cleaning fee listed is for a guest that has stayed 1-3 nights. A stay longer than a month will carry a $80 cleaning fee and will be resolved through a special offer when booking. A stay for a week+ will be $50.
The studio is attached to a home occupied a long term tenant. You both share the backyard. Currently we are in the midst of creating a new paved lounging area at one end of the pool and a new pallet deck with pallet furniture under the shade canopy, so future photos to see, stay tuned. There is a weekly gardener and pool service people who you will see enter the backyard on Thursdays.
