The LIVING ROOM has a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with Comcast and an L-shaped sectional sofa.
The adjacent KITCHEN is open to the living room and is outfitted with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishware, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker (regular drip and French Press) and more. Coffee and coffee supplies are provided. The island seats four on bar stools.
The PARLOR which is perfect for guests and work features a handmade desk built from reclaimed barge board and a twin-size day bed. This room has access to the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom.
The FULL BATH is small yet full-featured with a shower enclosure and single vanity. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided for guests. There is a hair dryer for guest's use.
The BEDROOM has a queen-size bed, two night stands with lamps and blinds for sleeping late.
There is a BACK PORCH with washer and dryer which guests are welcome to use.
Private BACK DECK and level yard are perfect for star-gazing.
Other than a locked owners closet and locked cellar, guests will have access to the entire bungalow. There is off-street parking in the gravel driveway next to the house that is for the exclusive use of the guests. You can pull two cars into the driveway (one in front of the other) or park one car in front of the Bungalow.
There will be two sets of keys in the lockbox. It might be helpful to leave one set in the lockbox in the event that you accidentally lock yourself out.
PLEASE NOTE: The Bungalow is located across the street from the train line which runs through the center of Crozet. If you are a light sleeper, this might disturb your sleep. The train runs around 11:00 pm and 5:00 am during the week. On weekends, it usually runs only once per night.

Ross and I are long-time residents of the area. Ross grew up in Greenwood, went to Elon College (now University) and returned to Charlottesville upon graduation to join his great-uncle in real estate. I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley, moved to Charlottesville to attend UVA and after graduation, I couldn't leave! We love living here!
Our real estate office shares the upper floor with our loft apartment and we live in nearby Sugar Hollow.
