1.For privacy reasons, Airbnb never shows the exact addresses of the offered locations before renting the places; an approximate location is indicated within the green circle shown in (Hidden by Airbnb) map. When a client makes a reservation, the exact address is sent and later confirmed through emails. I’m sorry you took the “general address” shown in the ad and not the “confirmed address” sent to you after making the reservation.
2.As you kindly acknowledge, as soon as you called me at midnight, I talked to the porter, who instantly handed you the keys and let you in.
3.We will make sure that all sheets are available, above each bed, for now on and no inside the closets.
4.We wrongly thought that the mechanisms to light the heaters were easy to maneuver. Since your stay, we will make sure to include the instructions in the house manual.
5.We have replaced the microwave for a new one.
6.The garbage bin in the kitchen is located inside the cabinet that is beside the dishwasher.
