Enter through a lovely courtyard which leads to this charming southwestern getaway! Surrounded by Santa Fe’s natural beauty, and with walking access to some of its most interesting attractions, Apodaca will give you a true Santa Fe experience from the moment you arrive.
Ample outdoor space makes this a wonderful choice for families and dogs. The sunroom/breakfast space is another great venue for family gatherings. The upscale kitchen (with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances) will be a chef’s dream, and the large dining room can seat up to eight people for a home-cooked meal. You can also relax on the comfortable leather couches in the living room and adjacent sitting area. Both areas have large flat-screen TVs. You can take advantage of the sleeper sofa for larger parties.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and Kiva fireplace along with French doors that open up into the courtyard. Hardwood floors complete the elegant look. The master bathroom has an old-fashioned tub and walk-in shower with beautiful details. The Third bedroom with its queen-size bed also open up to the lovely courtyard. The second light filled bedroom has a king bed that can be split into twins. The beautifully remodeled second bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with artisanal tile.
