The room boasts a king size bed, light and bright turret sitting area, television for your use, and plenty of space to set up for a comfortable nights rest. There is not an elevator, so you will have to go up two flights of stairs. You have access to a full bathroom just steps away from the bedroom. It is shared among two other rooms.
Ballroom, bathrooms on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. The living room, dining room, patio with grill in back, and a 750 sq ft wrap around covered porch. There is a 3 season porch on 2nd floor that is also available.
I am located minutes away from the B&B. It is also my family home so I can help with any questions or concerns you may have for me. I do carry my phone, and laptop with me. I respond fairly quickly to emails, texts, and calls, and will do my best to be available when needed.
Please enjoy your stay with us. We have a (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) page listed under Linda Sue Manor. We would greatly appreciate a check in, feedback, and pictures from your stay. There is also a website coming soon. Please leave us a review and feedback on Airbnb as well!

I am Brittany Lesline. Native of Sioux City. I love our community and all the wonderful things to do within it. My dad, Kelly, started the Bed and Breakfast after we lost my mom to Cancer in early 2016. We didn't want to sell the house as we both love it and everything it means to us. So, we decided we could start our journey on running Linda Sue Manor in honor of my amazing mother.
I decided to leave my job of 4 years to help my dad run the B&B. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communication and PR. This will help me in so many ways. Reaching out and connecting with other small businesses in my community, as well as meeting others who are traveling through. I enjoy getting to know others and hear their stories.
I have an amazing family. My husband and sweet daughter are big reasons I decided to start this journey with my dad. I hope to meet many new, fun people through running Linda Sue Manor.
