My place is close to CNN (1.5 miles), Georgia World Congress Center (1.4 miles), Georgia Aquarium (1.3 miles), Georgia Dome (1.4 miles), College Football Hall of Fame (1.4 miles), Phillips Arena (1.8 miles), Civil Rights Museum (1.4 miles), Children's' Museum (1.8 miles), Coca-Cola Museum (1.8 miles), AmericasMart (1.9 miles) as well as midtown (3 miles) and Buckhead (5miles). You’ll love my place because of the proximity to downtown! You can use Uber to get here (downtown) for $4.85 cents.
First thing first...there is no kitchen. I know that doesn't seem like the perfect way to start out a description, but I've been doing this awhile, and feel like it's important that I start out with that. I do have a kitchen cart, which includes a microwave, cutting board and and an area to prepare small meals. There is a dining room (pictured above). The bathroom is completely renovated and this listing includes one bedroom. There is wifi, but no television. I'm am very close to the city, maybe about 1 mile away. There are two futons in the common area, that will sleep two (each) comfortably. If you have any questions, please ask before booking. ALSO, I love pets, as long as you CLEANUP after them.
The entire house is available to you.
I live in the area and am available by phone, text or email.
Renting a car is completlely unnecessary, because you're already close to downtown, and parking can be expensive. I suggest taking Uber or Lyft.

I've been an AirBnB guest and host since 2010. I've used the site to stay in homes between Hawaii and Italy. I try and imagine what it is that every guest would want to feel comfortable (and I admit I don't always get that right!), and use that to host in my home. Over the next few months, I will be adding homes in New York, Miami and Cuba!
I'm a New Yorker, who has lived in Georgia for almost 20 years. I love country music (who doesn't?), and Beyonce (who doesn't?).
