The Vault is a newly renovated vaulted cellar in a Grade II listed 18th Century cottage situated next to the historic Octagonal Heptonstall Chapel.
It is a perfect romantic hideaway or a quiet retreat to simply to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life whilst being just a stones throw from Hebden Bridge.
Access is via cobbled lane and stone steps so is not ideal for people with limited mobility.
Relax on the beautiful oak framed double bed, wake up with the sun beaming through the stone mullioned windows and enjoy your breakfast either indoors or outdoors with a choice of seating areas.
There is an ensuite shower room with electric shower and heated towel rail.
There is a washing machine and wardrobe area. A hairdryer is provided.
The compact kitchen area comprises a full size oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dual induction hob, sink, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and fully equipped cupboards (if there is something you need I only live upstairs so please do ask)
There is a wall-mounted Smart TV and free wifi for guests use.
There is a comfortable seating area, a dining space, and a window seat perfect for catching the beautiful sunrise.
Guests have access to a secluded outdoor seating area.
There is a small Weber BBQ for guests use if the weather allows.
There is a double USB charging socket next to the bed to make charging your devices easier.
Access to The Vault is via a cobbled walkway and down some outdoor stone steps so it is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
There is free parking in the village within 100m of the property.
I live in the cottage upstairs so am usually available to help with additional information but I'm also happy to let guests explore and make their own discoveries in this charming village.
