Join us for a taste of Southern hospitality and charm in the Pacific Northwest. As Southern transplants to Bend, we desire to share our home with those seeking to enjoy the city we have grown to love and call home.
We want to open our home to others wishing to experience the beauty of Bend and desire to make your experience enjoyable whether your stay is one night or 10.
We are looking forward to meeting you and hope to see you soon!
We are located 10 minutes from Bend's downtown attractions and the beautiful Deschutes River. You can walk to Pilot Butte hiking trails from our house and if emergency services are needed access the local hospital across the street. Several parks and trails are available within a small radius and can be accessed within minutes whether your preference of transportation includes walking, jogging, cycling, or driving.
Our cozy room provides excellent natural lighting, a full bed, and a spacious closet. In room amenities include hooks for a bike, closet storage for additional gear, water kettle, toiletry items, local guidebooks and mindfulness activities including Sudoku and adult coloring books. Guests will have direct access to the shared bathroom across the hallway, space in the kitchen refrigerator, the convenience of plopping on the couch, and the ability to utilize outdoor seating and grill.
More than likely one of our furbabies will make you feel welcome and greet you at the front dog as we have two cats and a dog. They are looking forward to meeting you as much as we are!
Our complex is tucked off the beaten path which can allow a reprieve from the hustle and bustle. We live in a neighborhood with families so it is common to see and hear children playing until sunset.
As mental health professionals, we have a varying schedule; one day we may sleep in while other mornings we get up with the sun. Our pets seem to have their own schedule as well and are known to sleep through the night or roam around. We desire to allow you a quiet stay with us with the knowledge of the variety of our everyday noises.
We welcome you to Central Oregon and our Southern influenced getaway!
We are 30 something old souls who enjoy the Great Outdoors, good food, and laughter. We are both Mental Health Professionals who understand the balance of needing personal space or friendly conversation which we can offer you both depending on your preferences.
