Cute and cozy & well designed 1 bedroom apartment in one of the coolest neighbourhoods in town. Fully furnished, balcony, newly renovated bathroom. Literally 15 seconds away from the metro station.
Grocery stores, the great Atwater Market, the Canal and parks are all within two minutes walk. 15 minute walk to Concordia and 30 minute walk to McGill University (10 minutes by metro to McGill), and only 2 minutes from Solin Hall, the McGill residence. For those flying in, the airport "747" bus stops right across the street.
Also within a few minutes are some of Montreal's best restaurants (Joe Beef, for instance) and bars (Burgundy Lion Pub), yet the apartment is very quiet.
The apartment is perfect for visiting scholars and graduate students looking for a long term, fully furnished rental (the apartment has been rented for the past three years in this fashion).
The apartment is on the second floor (not counting the ground floor) and is reachable by stairs.
keys are provided via a key box, so you can access/depart at your convenience.
We are here to help! Feel free to ask questions about the city - we are very knowledgeable about the restaurant scene in particular!
Guests must be mindful of their belongings. The hosts (Den, Guesty, and Airbnb) will not be responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen items.
No dogs, no more than 3 guests, and no parties! Please go and enjoy Montreal, however! feel free to use the kitchen, which has just about everything you need - the market is only a few minutes away. If you do use dishes, we'd appreciate it if you washed them before leaving.

From Montreal, I'm a lawyer who loves to ski and travel. My wife and I have covered South East Asia, Morocco, and most of Western and Central Europe in the past three years, and we hope to keep on going in the future!
My wife is a massive food fan, who cooks constantly and keeps a blog on food destinations in Montreal and abroad (as well as many, many recipes). Looking for recommendations/reservations in some of Montreal's finest? Let us know!
We've had nothing but good experiences using airbnb - both as hosts and as travellers - and we look forward to meeting you! Feel free to contact me if you require any additional information.
All the best,
