Andrews place is not far from the city center, but it is not close either. You are four stations away by train, and carrying your luggage is quite uncomfortable from the place to the station and the way back.
The place itself is not bad. It has got everything you need for a few days. Having said that, I have to say that the place was not left in the best conditions to me. The trashcans (bins) were all full of garbage, the dishes were not cleaned properly, and they were left almost all of them in the dishwasher and the bunkbed room was not arranged at all when I got there.
You can tell right away that this is Andrew's place and he lives there in a daily basis. He has clothes hanging in the doorway and he, and his family, have left shoes (a lot of them) in the doorway as well.
I found it very unprofessional how he handles the apartment rental, as he went to get some shoes at midnight, saying he was going to party and he needed them. And finally, the second-to-last day that I was going to stay in his apartment, his girlfriend passed by the flat with me not being there to get something she forgot as well letting me find out about it for the way she left somethings differently than how I left them when I left in the morning
The place itself was not bad (cannot say that it was good), but because of how he handles the whole rental thing I would not recommend anyone to stay in this place
