Charming Riad with a lot of character in a great location in the Kasbah neighbourhood, close to the Bahia Palace and easy to get in and out with a taxi (only a few meters away). The Riad features 4 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, amazing kitchen and all its facilities, a super comfy living room with TV and, of course, a stunning terrace with Jacuzzi and sun beds to indulge in some seriously relaxing time in Marrakesh. The host is easy to contact and has great tips to give!
This Riad was once part of the palace grounds and used to host guests. The renovation was done respecting tradition and bringing in much appreciated comforts such as air conditioning in every room and en suite bathrooms.
There are three bedrooms downstairs disposed around a cosy and stylish courtyard. Two are regular sized double bedrooms and the third one is very generous in space with a table and two chairs and a bench as well as a large wardrobe and additional storage space.
The middle floor features a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a stunning living room with TV with international channels, fireplace, and a quiet reading corner. The kitchen and living room can be reach through the inside of the building or through the lovely veranda around the courtyard.
The upper floor gives access to a truly stunning master suite with king size bed, seating area. Plenty of storage space is provided by the hand carved, long chests with drawers and wardrobe. The large en suite bathroom features a beautiful bathtub in traditional plaster.
This is also the first level of the split terrace. Here you can find a u-shaped seating area with table for your group outdoor meals, a true treat in Marrakesh. There is also a massage room and we'll be happy to recommend professional massage therapists for a unique moment of relaxation.
The upper level features table and comfy chairs as well as several sun beds which are perfect to relax and soak up the sun. You can also freshen up and relax in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy the great views over the Medina and the mountains. Absolutely stunning!
As a guest, you can access all the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and terrace. All the facilities in the kitchen are available for guest use. This is, however, a vacation home and some cupboards may be closed to keep some of the owner's personal belongings out of sight and reach.
As a host, I feel that first impressions are very important and so I love to give a warm personal welcome to the guests. I'll explain the main features of the house and how to use the facilities along with a few dos and don'ts that are essential for everybody's safety and enjoyment. I'll also give valuable tips on how to best enjoy Marrakesh and surroundings.
I'll be available throughout the stay for more tips or to deal with any questions that may come up.
I'll also come for check-out to collect keys and opinions and experiences regarding the house and its management. Your feedback is very important!
The property and management is set up as an exclusive rental meaning guests are free to come in and go as they please and will be given one set of keys per bedroom.
As the purpose is to leave guests to enjoy as much as possible, staff intervention is kept to a minimum and is mostly resumed to general maintenance chores. During your stay, cleaning will be done daily but kept short mostly to ensure the tidiness of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
We are also able to provide homemade Moroccan meals for your comfort. Speak to us to arrange your private festival of culinary delights.

Living in Marrakech for over 6 years, I have extensive knowledge on the city and culture to help you make the best of your stay in the city and the country.
I still like the contrasts and contradictions, the fact that there is some order in the chaos. Moroccan people's smiles and helpfulness.
As a host, I like to meet my guests in person and give them a bunch of tips on how to best enjoy the city according to what their preferences are. A lot find that staying in my house in the old medina adds another layer of interest to the experience.
