We welcome ALL. All religions, nationalities, genders. LGBT friendly.
Our spacious guest suite has a private entrance with a keypad, one bedroom with a queen size bed and a small sitting area along with a massive private bathroom.
Inside you will also find...

The guest suite is on the first floor of our house and is connected to the rest of the house by a door that you can lock. The listing is for the guest suite and access to our patio and gas fire pit area. If needed, you may have access to our kitchen and living area on our first floor too but please inform us in advance if you plan to use our kitchen. The upstairs of the house is off limits for guests.
One of our favorite things is to recommend all the places we love in Richmond. We will leave you alone as much as you'd like us to, but we're happy to answer any questions and offer suggestions for things to do and the places to go.
Our home is on a busy street but there is surprisingly not a lot of traffic noise - no honking or beeping or anything, just the occasional fire or rescue truck. Some people say the sound of the cars going by reminds them of ocean waves, but you can be the judge of that!
You should also know that there is a cat on the premises. He is not allowed in the guest suite, but you still might experience some allergies if you are allergic to cats.
COOKING: You are welcome to use the microwave, glassware and dishes for anything you've brought for yourself. That means the stove, oven, cookware and knives are to be used by us only unless you have requested permission in advance. Richmond has amazing restaurants and you should visit them! And we would love to tell you about our favorite ones!
NO EATING IN YOUR ROOM: If you intend to eat in our home, please sit down in the kitchen, dining room, or on the back patio instead of eating in your room. Drinks can be had anywhere in the house.
QUIET HOURS: We prefer to have things quiet after midnight and before 7am. Sometimes you gotta sleep! Likewise, if you are trying to go to sleep early and our TV upstairs is too loud please text us and let us know. We will gladly turn it off. Your comfort is our priority!
My wife Erin and I live in Richmond, VA and love live music, traveling, craft beer and vegetarian food. We also have a gigantic orange cat named Smalls.
