Amazing central flat in a beautiful new-built - one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen and living room. 5 min walk from the heart of Wapping, shops and restaurants. 15 min walk to the iconic St Katherine's Docks with lots of bars and restaurants. 3 - 4 min walk to the tube station and one stop away from Bank, the heart of the City.
Very clean, tidy, spacious and bright flat - decorated to a high standard, fully equipped, requires guests to respect it and keep it in good order:)
The room is currently occupied by a friend - so all toiletries, toys and bags will be gone, do not belong to the room.
Access to living room, kitchen, guest bedroom and with own bathroom (en-suite).
I live in the flat (have separate room and bathroom) but currently abroad with work, so I will not be around.
- Quiet hours between 10pm and 8.30am - please no loud music. No shoes in the flat please. Please switch off the lights when you leave the flat. Please keep the place clean and tidy, no marks on the floor or walls or furniture please.
Please treat the place as a home, it is not a hotel. I provide towels but I do not have a dry cleaning in my house. Towels are yours to look after during your stay. I do not change towels daily.
Also I will have to charge a fee of £15/towel if left heavy stained in such a way that it cannot be cleaned and has to be thrown away after your stay. Should your stay extend you can wash towels in the washing machine.
A replacement fee will be levied if there are several items that are broken, stolen or left visibly damaged.
A replacement or repair fee will also be levied for any serious damage (e.g. damaged furniture or appliances).
I however trust that during a considerate use of a living space, such damages should not occur.
Thank you for your understanding.

I have lived in London for nearly 5 years now and I still feel I haven't discovered all its hidden places! I work as a Management Consultant and although I tend to work quite long hours during the week, I am usually up for exploring London and nearby at weekends. I love travelling and photography and I can give you tips on what to do/see/where to eat out in London and outside London as well - I also have quite a few books and brochures on this if you're interested. I am fluent in English, Italian, Romanian (mother-tongue) and I can speak a bit of French too:)
