Cool, hip, creative and quiet retreat for you and yours. Let loose in one of the best cities on earth, then recharge in an oasis filled with high style and personality. Previously compared to boutique hotel experiences, "The Art Pad" offers you the opportunity to experience New York at its best. While also offering all the comforts of your own home.
The ArtPad has moved out of the sketch phase, and the installation in the new space is complete! After gaining rave reviews, my pad deserved an upgrade. The Apt is a slight 2 min walk to N/W Subway (20 mins to Times Square/Midtown) and everything you could possibly need is within a 3 block radius!
You'll love my place because of The eclectic/urban vibe and original art immersed throughout the space. Wake up in a tranquil environment, preparing you for the speed of NYC. Jetting around town all day; taking in the energy of the The Big Apple. Then fall asleep by the ever changing lights of the Empire State Building from your window. With the chill Astoria neighborhood, at your front door. Discover cool shops and amazing restaurants in the most ethnically diverse community of NYC. The ArtPad is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travel.
A quiet comfortable private room( room, apt and building keys are obtained at check in)along with the entirety of the living space, kitchen and bathroom.
Being a true creature of the city, my schedule is normally overpacked. Fortunately life doesn't overcharge for this baggage. However, I am always available for queries or suggestions on the best of NYC, depending on the style of your trip.
There is a private room with a full bed and there is also a couch in the living room area as well as a foldable memory foam mattress. Not an ideal situation for a long stay, but the option for the 3rd or 4th guest is there
The kitchen is available for your use along with all the cookware, utensils and glassware, just please wash these items and return them where you found them, when you are finished. Also please use the coasters provided on any surface throughout the space, when using glassware.
Please be quiet when entering and exiting the apartment as not to disturb my neighbors.
Leave the front door closed, unless you are obviously coming in or leaving. ;)
Holler, I'm Kevin!
I've lived in NYC, various parts, for the past 10 years. I am one of those NYC slashers.
Ok... I'll clarify. I am an Actor/Singer/Designer/Artist/Waiter/DomesticGoddess. Ok, the last one might be a bit much, but you get my point. I enjoy living life to the fullest and making every bit of it as creative as possible along the way. I'm not just one of the art guys, I did grow up outside Philly playing a sport every season and consider myself well rounded.
Alright, thats it about me for now. I don't want to reveal to much, what will we talk about?
