Private large loft space with two beds in a very cool Bushwick apartment.
The loft is long and narrow with a bed at each end. In between is open floor, a couple armchairs, some counters and hooks for your clothes. It is very cozy. There is enough room for an air mattress if there are four people in your party.
I took a blank white box and transformed it in to a home that is not only stylish and comfortable, but functional and luxurious too. The apartment has 16' ceilings and big tall windows.
Furnished with an assortment of contemporary items, antiques, and some built-ins from salvaged wood, the apartment will immediately strike you with its strong sense of design.
I have been here for four years, and I was the first tenant in the space after a massive building wide gut renovation. Originally built in 1900, the building itself has some cool design details. Everything still feels brand new and very clean.
In addition to the loft space, guests will have access to the kitchen. They can also use the gym in the building basement and the roof.
I'll be available, and I'm friendly, but I tend to do my own thing. I work from home some days, and other days I'm gone all day. I have a private bedroom and, likewise, guests will have privacy in the loft at night.
I live in a building full of young people, so sometimes it's noisy on the weekends. If you like roof parties, this is a great place to stay in the summer. There's always something going on here.
The entry way to my apartment is under video surveillance as are all the public areas of my building.
- No shoes in the house
- No food outside of the kitchen

I own a design business that creates many travel opportunities for me. I've stayed in countless friends homes over many years spent on the road, and I know what it takes to make a guest comfortable. The second floor of my loft is where my office is, but you'll see the whole space is great for working on projects. I hope you'll feel inspired while you're here!
I've lived in NYC for 15 years. I absolutely love this city, and I never mind giving people ideas on what to do while they're in town. I always prefer to stay with locals when I'm traveling, and I have a knack for hosting friends in turn. And because I travel so much, I'm open to housing trades as well. If you have a sweet spot somewhere particularly cool, let's talk about it!
My favorite thing on earth to do is swim, but I'll settle for dancing when I can't find water. I love to build and create, and I especially thrive at the intersection of art & technology. While I still haven't figured out how to get a pool in to my living room, the rest of my passions are clearly visible throughout my home.
