Knotty pine walls line one side of this historical space in Egelston Township. It used to be a soda shop, as many of the locals recall.
There is a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, open living space. Wolf Lake, with a beautiful beach, is right across the street, with a playground, pavilions and public restrooms. The boat launch is located at Sunset beach, within walking distance.
Even if traveling for business, this is a space that allows for fun.
Dogs are welcome.
-There is an 11% tax (6% sales tax and 5% Accommodation tax for Muskegon County) due upon arrival, to be paid in cash. Airbnb is not able to collect this for our area, unfortunately.
- Many permanent residents live close by, so noise needs to be kept reasonable during the day and quiet after 10 p.m.
- There is a detailed list of "to-dos" before checking out, so you don't have to worry about remembering it all.
- Owners live on site and are often available for any maintenance or other troubleshooting needs. Otherwise, we give you your vacation space.
- Fire pit is available to use on site; we ask that guests use local wood, and we try to provide it as well when possible.
-Large parties are best suited for the park across the street, at the public beach. Pavilions, picnic tables, charcoal grills and public restrooms are available there.
