I live in downtown Minneapolis, in the Warehouse district, I will be available to you via text & phone. Since I travel a lot I have a few friends who live in the neighborhood that help me manage this property. One of us will meet you to give you a tour if we’re able to, help get you acquainted with the space, and answer any questions about the house or city. If we are not available, we will leave you a code for the door and a welcome note. I’m very social, and schedule permitting would love to grab a quick drink and give some pointers about Minneapolis at one of the local brew pubs.
The claw foot bathtub could be a potential hazard getting in and out of if you have any mobility restrictions.

I'm fun-loving guy that enjoy traveling to new places. I just wrapped up a quick trip to Germany in September, and will be off to Sri Lanka in December. I love to meet new people from different walks of life and cultures, and hopefully through hosting, I may meet some cool folks.
Having previously lived in both California and New York I can attest to the fact that Minneapolis is an amazing city. It boasts a laid back charm, with a great selection of lakes to chill in, bike trails traverse, and variety of breweries and restaurants to experience. I'd love to share some suggestions or places to check out when you get in. See you soon in Minneapolis!
