Our home is a stylish executive home in the heart of trendy New Farm - one of Brisbane's most highly sought after suburbs. There are plenty of cafes, chic bars and restaurants close by and Brisbane's entertainment precinct, Fortitude Valley and the CBD is only a five minute Uber :)
Our home boasts a massive pool and a BBQ area - perfect for families. The house can easily accommodate families/work groups with plenty of space for every one relax.

The house is an expansive two-level home and comprises many features including:

* Separate expansive laundry with washing machine

* Within an easy walk to all those inner city conveniences
We are free anytime during your stay :)
We get the pool cleaned most Saturday mornings. Please let us know if you would prefer the pool cleaner does not attend. These visits are important to make sure the pool remains sparkling clean for you :)
- We have a strict no party rule - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THERE TO BE ANY PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS. This includes hens nights, bucks nights and birthday parties
- Noise must be kept at a minimum from 9pm
- You must advise us if there are going to be more than 8 people at any one time in the house prior to booking
- Pets are welcomed in the back yard, but they are not permitted in the house and we ask any droppings are picked up and placed in the bin
- Under no circumstances is glass to be taken into the pool area. If evidence of glass is found in the pool area, fees to empty and refill the pool may be charged
- Smoking only permitted outside of the building. Additional cleaning fees charged if found smoking inside
- If you do move furniture around, we would appreciate if you could ensure it was moved back to where it was when you checked in. Please also do not move the BBQ.
- There is a store room under the stairs. If you need a vacuum cleaner, feel free to get it from this room, but please don't access any other item in the room as this is all of our cleaning products that we need to keep the house clean.
- Please ensure the patio door is kept locked during your stay
- If you are there on a Wednesday, we would appreciate if you could put the bins out on the footpath the Tuesday night
- To help us keep cleaning fees as low as possible and to avoid additional cleaning fees, we request all dishes stacked in the dishwasher, rubbish placed in the wheelie bins outside and the BBQ cleaned prior to check out - thank you!!! :)
