Located in the heart of the hamlet, in one of the oldest buildings of the village, it boasts breathtaking views of the valley, spacious and bright interiors, nicely furnished.
The lovely cloister to access the apartment grants additional privacy to the apartment. This unique location is one of the only spots in the village that offers free parking right outside the front door and being on the ground floor, with no steps to climb, makes it suitable for guests of all ages.
A small grocery store, bar and restaurant are just a few steps from the apartment. From the famous restaurant Oscari you can enjoy your meals from the gorgeous terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding untouched hills and woods.
From this location you will dominate the valley with a 360 panoramic view, you will breathe good air at 680m above sea level and you can easily visit Umbria and Tuscany enjoying a lovely nest as your home-base.
The apartment has a large Japanese king-size bed, a single bed and a sofa that can also be converted into a single bed; it can therefore accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, and if necessary it is possible to request a cot for small children. Linen fee for each additional guest.
There is no internet inside the apartment but in the square just outside the house it is available the free Wi-Fi service provided by the municipality as well as the restaurant/bar wifi.
During winter, when heating is necessary, a €15/day contribution is requested for the LPG while the owner provides the first load of wood for the woodburning stove for free.

La location in pieno centro, all'interno di uno degli edifici più antichi del borgo, con vista mozzafiato, spazi ampi e luminosi, arredato con gusto. Ha un grazioso cortile interno che da ulteriore privacy all'appartamento.
Si tratta inoltre di uno degli unici punti del paese che vanta parcheggi liberi proprio fuori dal portone e trovandosi al piano terra non avrete bisogno di percorrere scale o gradini per raggiungerlo, rendendolo adatto a ospiti di tutte le età.
A due passi dall'appartamento troverete un piccolo alimentari, bar e ristorante.
Da questa location dominerete la valle con vista panoramica a 360, respirerete aria buona a 680m sul livello del mare e potrete facilmente visitare Umbria e Toscana godendo di un grazioso nido dove fare base.
L'appartamento dispone di un grande letto matromoniale giapponese (king size), un letto singolo e un divano anche questo trasformabile in letto singolo; può quindi ospitare un massimo di 4 adulti, e all'occorrenza é possibile richiedere un lettino da campeggio per bambini piccoli. Supplemento biancheria per ogni ospite aggiuntivo.
Non c'è internet all'interno dell'appartamento ma nella piazzetta appena fuori casa è disponibile Wi-Fi gratuito fornito dal comune.
Per i periodi dell'anno che richiedono il riscaldamento è richiesto un contributo di 15€ al giorno per il GPL e fornirò gratuitamente un carico di legna per la stufa.

I'm an italian property manager, i live at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, I generally work in my country in the summer and travel to warm places in the winter.

I'm very discreet and I tend to meet guests only upon arrival to give them the keys and register their IDs, after that the apartment is all yours and you can feel at home.
I live in the countryside not far away, you will not see me during your stay but I can reach you in a few minutes if you need any assistance.
I speak fluent English and Portuguese.

Sono a completa disposizione per fornire tutte le informazioni che i miei ospiti richiedono sia precedentemente all' arrivo che durante il soggiorno.
Sono molto discreta e tendo ad incontrare gli ospiti solo al momento dell'arrivo per affidargli le chiavi e registrare i documenti, dopodiché l'appartamento sarà tutto vostro, potrete sentirvi a casa.
