Pine Island is the perfect place for snowbirds looking for a winter get away. Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation. Direct access to Charlotte Harbor gives you unlimited fishing options. Kayak and bike rentals let you explore the Island at your own pace. Ferry rides to Cayo Costa State Park deliver you to a beachcombers paradise. Seafood restaurants and island activities abound. Our 8000 lb boat lift is included, so bring your own boat.
Our home is a comfortable, clean, two bedroom stilt home with an open floor plan. The master bedroom has a dresser and ample closet space. A den, with french doors may serve as a third bedroom. The living room opens to the lanai, with views of the dock and canal. There is a second refrigerator in the laundry room and a gas grill for your use. We have internet and cable television.
You will have access to the entire home on the second floor, so you must be comfortable with stairs.
Garage space for one vehicle is available in the double car garage.
You will have our home to yourselves. If you need anything, please call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We have a one bedroom apartment with private access downstairs, and use that space to store our personal belongings while you are staying in our home. We may stay in the apartment the first night you rent the home, in order to welcome you, answer questions you may have and pass on fishing tips, if desired. Then we will be off on our own adventure.
Please do not flush anything but toilet paper, as we are on a septic system.
We live in a quiet neighborhood and ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level.

We are a "mostly" retired couple who split our time between Florida and Colorado. We enjoy being outdoors, whether it is fishing, kayaking, sailing, biking or skiing. Beginning in 2011, we rented our home in Florida for a couple of months each year, through an agency. This year we decided become AirBnB hosts and rent our home ourselves. We hope you enjoy our little corner of paradise in southwest Florida and let nature, nurture your spirit.
