Charming 2 queen beds 1 bathroom in the heart of the historic Maple/Ash neighborhood. Views of Gammage auditorium and ASU. Walk to downtown Tempe, ASU stadiums. Close to airport and all that Old Town Tempe has to offer. Home built in the 1940's, updated kitchen with Viking appliances, gas range, built in large fridge and freezer, coffee maker and all necessary utensils and dishes. Lush backyard with mature pecan trees. Neighbors are great and most have lived there for 15+ years.
Historic home with charming details. Crystal doorknobs and a dairy delivery door in the kitchen. Cove ceiling in living room. Walk to neighborhood art shows, farmers market, shopping, Events, bars and restaurants. I lived in the house for 13 years and went to ASU. The home has many happy memories.
Access to front house and backyard. There is a friend renting the guest house. Please do not disturb. He is very nice. He might use the side gate in the backyard. But probably he will only use the back gate for entering and exiting.
I do not live on the property. I'm only about 4 miles away if there are any issues. I always have my cell phone on me and you can feel free to contact me anytime.
Please no crazy parties or loud music. But feel free to enjoy and gather. Just try to be respectful of neighbors. It is a city and there will be city noises especially when there are games, events, art shows, theater shows etc. so if you are a light sleeper you might hear some city noise on the weekends. There is also a train a block away. Sometimes they use the horn.
