Stolio's Euterpe Apartment of 60m2, is situated on the slope of a hill above Skopelos town, overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Being hidden in the green of the surrounding forest, one can find all the calm and serenity one desires, away of the noise and the crowd of the town.
It is ideal for couples and small families, even for solitary people seeking relaxed leisure and unrestrained sea view.
- Check-in time is 2PM - 9PM.
- We like calm and quietness aiming to mutual respect among our customers. Pets are welcome as long as they can get along well with the hostess' sociable dog and cats!
I am one of three women working together to keep Stolios a place that tourists can truly love. My mother has dreamt of an ideal home, and when she found the location of Stolios, a seagull's nest perched over the bay of Aghios Konstantinos, she felt she found the spot. Somehow, her plans were overrided by her love for hosting and welcoming new people into her life, and her ideal home became a guesthouse.
Now at 70, she is an auntie more than a host to most of her guests, many of whom have been spending their holidays in Stolios for years. The decoration of the rooms reflect her impeccable taste. I too have heard the call of Stolios and have become a part of it, trying to give it the exposure it deserves. With me is my cousin, Natalia, who adds her youthful spirit and passion for languages. Natalia has lived abroad over the years and is helping with the online services.
My mother and I are both very musical, and have worked as singers for years. Natalia has studied drama and theatre arts, and all of us are art lovers, something that is reflected in the way we run the guest house. We do not think of Stolios as a business but as a work of art.
What else? We also love pets, especially cats, which can be often seen hanging out in the front yard or back gardens.
Bringing new and varied guests into Stolios, we hope to spread our love for Skopelos, and its beautiful nature and pass on the small secrets of the island that we have learned over the years. We also hope to encourage people to disconnect for a while and appreciate the still and calm that surrounds the guest house.
We hope that the Airbnb family will welcome Stolios and that it will find its ideal guests here.
