Small 50's studio flat in a very quiet and private building right in the thick of the Highgate/Mount Lawley Cafe strips. A great central base from which to se the rest of Perth. It's close to public transport, and a short walk to Northbridge and Hyde Park.
The fittings are original (old timey) and the space is snug, but it is clean and convenient. Onsite Laundry is coin-operated.
This little old flat may be small, but it has a lot to offer beyond its great location. The kitchen, while being small, is entirely functional and I prepare small meals there with very little hassle. There are so many great food options in the area but eating out every day is expensive!
The bath and shower work great but are very simple affairs. This flat was build in a time when bathrooms didn't need power points, so plan ahead for that!
The bedroom/living area is very simple. There's a queen-sized bed, an empty wardrobe for guests and a table for meals or as a work space.
Feel free to try any of the board games!
You'll have access to the flat in its entirety. The building is secure.
You can always call or message me at any time and I'm often available to come by. I have many recommended places to visit in the area and if you're after good vegetarian or vegan food, I'm your guy!
This is a old building and as such not tremendously sound proof. We manage that by everyone being quiet from around 9pm and being respectful of each other's space. Unfortunately this makes the flat less than ideal for big or noisy social gatherings.
- This is a quiet building from about 9pm onwards.
I was raised in Bunbury WA and even though I've travelled all over the place I often still think of Perth as the Big Smoke. I like vegan junk food and patting other people's dogs.
Monopoly is a bad game an nobody should play it.
