1st floor→Living dining Kitchen, 1 bed room, bath room, toilet.
2nd floor→2 bed room.
It's 5-6 minutes walk to JR Tanbaguchi station.
It's easy to go Kyoto station and Arashiyama area.
If you are group or family, this house is good stay for you.
This house is completely private.

[IMPORTANT] You can use our portable WiFi free of charge but please note it's possible you can't connect it because of weather, Kyoto's crowded communication line, "frequency" difference between Japanese devices and your country's ones.
We can't help you in case of connection problems and it can't be covered by refunding.
This house is completely yours while your stay, so please make yourself at home☺
Although, we would much appreciate it if you would remember to treat the house with a little respect.
- Non-smoking inside including kitchen & bathroom.
- always remember to take your shoes off as you come home.
- make sure everything is turned OFF when you go out. (Air-conditioner/Kettle/Gas/etc…)
