A luxury two-bedroom apartment in the upcoming ‘Rivierenbuurt’ district in Amsterdam. The apartment is very bright and fully equipped. The apartment is located near to RAI, from here it’s only 10 minutes by train to Schiphol. Centrally located, a walk of 20 minutes can bring you in the city center. A short trip by bus or tram is also a good possibility. Rivierenbuurt is home to several supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bike rental options.

규귤 변역끼 못 돌리게 씀 와잌파잌 첵쿠야웃 할뙈까지 모 씀. ㅅㅂ 절때가지맠셈. 딱 보니 학생들이 빌린집인데 이즁겨ㅣ약으로 방학동안 내놓은거가틈. ㅈㄴ 쥰비됴 앙대있꼬 드러븜. 집은 걍 이쓸만한데 쮸인이 인셩이 쑤뤠기. 메쎄지 댭장 졸때 안함. 인토넽도 안 뒤구 료밍도 아냈는뎅 쉭당이랑 카페 가서 껴우껴우 메쉐쥐 보눼도 돱장이엄슴. 췌쿠아웃 햘때만 댭쟝해서 나걌냐고 물어봄. 짐 끌고세시간 둉안 밤 열한시에 돌아다니며 셰뵥까지 묫들어갔음. 따쪘더니 ㅈㄴ 내탓함. 췌쿠인 열쉬에 하기로 했는데 공황에 사뢈이 몰려서 1쉬간 늦었돠고 쥐들 퀴는 빠에 마끼고놀러가서 나눈 주뵨샤뢈 폰 빌려서 가ㄲ ㅏ스로 ㅈㄴ 멍리 있눈 빠에가서 퀴 차즘. 이게 쉐벽이어씀. 짐 ㅈㄴ 마났는데 두러갔는데 두럽고 윈터뉏 ㄴㄴ. 쓰뤠기 처리 및 봥 사용하눈 까이드 ㄴㄴ.

El apartamento es acogedor y estaba en buen estado. Tiene tres camas, una de ellas de matrimonio. Los vecinos no dan problemas.

Great and clean flat with very friendly and communicative hosts. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly, I should begin by saying that the apartment itself is well laid out, is in a very good area, and convenient to shops and transport. There were a number of issues with our stay, which I feel should be shared with the hope they be addressed for future visitors. DESCRIPTION: The photos of the apartment showed two single beds side-by-side in one room and a double in the other. In reality the second bedroom contains one bunk bed with a camping stretcher underneath. The web description should be updated to reflect this. The description stated free WIFI, however no network or password details were provided. The description listed clothes hangers, but no hangers or storage space for clothes was available. There was an ironing board, but no iron. The listing stated “private entrance”. The entrance is shared with another household upstairs. CLEANLINESS: Milan, who met us when we arrived, apologised about the bed linen and towels not yet being in the flat, and this proved to be no problem. We offered to fit the sheets on the beds and quilt covers. There were no hand towels, bathmat or tea towels provided. The apartment was superficially clean, however once we settled in we noticed that: (1) the laundry basket in the bathroom was full of dirty washing (2) the under sink area in the kitchen was overflowing with empty bottles (3) the oven was so filthy with burnt food leftovers to the extent that we couldn’t use it. I cleaned the oven, but it did not function (the display went blank after several minutes and couldn’t be switched on again) (4) the fridge was over half full of food, including open packets of cheese (5) the fruit bowl contained two rotting lemons (6) the stairs and apartment smelled strongly of petrol (I later found a 5 litre container of fuel on the stairs which I disposed of) (7) the electric jug has a buildup of calcium to the extent that is was too dirty to use (we boiled our water in a saucepan on the stove) Further, the building next door was undergoing a major renovation with multiple power tools running on the shared walls of adjoining rooms from 8:30am each morning. There is no possibility that the owner or agents would not have been aware of these works being scheduled, and this should be taken into account when making the decision to list a property on AirBnB. On our final day the door bell rang four times in the afternoon with a DHL delivery truck waiting in the street. Later in the evening (at about 20:45 with children already asleep) another “friend of the resident” insistently rang the doorbell four or five times wanting a parcel that he was instructed to pick up. Advice to host: if you are renting out your property, you need to make alternative arrangements for parcel deliveries while you are away. In summary, considering the price we paid (EUR740 for three nights) the apartment...

Very clean apartment. No so far from Amsterdam central station. Taxi costs just 20 euros to go to Amsterdam central or take a walk + bus + metro combination to reach Amsterdam central station in 30 minutes. A nice place to stay and the host is prompt in communicating.
