A typical Amalfitan house, situated on the upper part of the Baglio Hill. Thanks to its positon client will enjoy the magnificent view of the Lattari Mountainson one site and the Mediterranean sea going down to Amalfi town with its withe houses.
The oldest part of the villa is dated back on 12th century, This original medieval part is raised on another two floors: on the first floor a room with lowered vaults is clearly visible, obviously built during the same period as the rooms below; on the second floor there is a cross vault made with crossing barrels. So this three-storey complex with these vaults is the oldest building, datable to the first part of the 12th century.
the villa features a wonderful garden and terraces for a total of 600 square meters of outdoor areas offering wonderful panoramic views and privacy.
The access to the villa is by climbing 116 steps from the parking space, (the villa has a private parking space which can accommodate 2 cars). A gate open into the garden nicely equipped with garden furniture, outside dining table suitable for 12 shaded by a pergola, Barbeque, outside shower. In this garden is where the pool is situated (6m x 8m x depth 1.10 to 1.60 m) offering amazing view of the ocean.

A bus stop “SITA” is just below the steps.
All essentials (bars, shops, banks, and post office) are situated in Amalfi town centre, as well as the Ferries and hydrofoil from Amalfi to Capri (1½ h.), Positano (20 min.), Sorrento ( 1 h.), Naples ( 2 h. ) Ischia (2½ h) and Salerno (1 h.).
A communal staircase of about 400 steps, 400 meters away, takes down to Santa Croce public beach.

Total of 250 square meter, the main entrance is from the garden by climbing 12 steps.
two large double bedrooms (one can be converted in two single), Both bedrooms have TV, independent air-conditioning/ heating units and en-suite bathrooms.
The Access into the middle floor of the house is straight from the garden.
On the right side, is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with table and marble fire place.
From the kitchen, a small corridor leads onto a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub,
a living room furnished with, sofa, 2 leather armchairs, small wrought iron table.
A double bedroom (convertible into a twin). Both the living room and the double bedroom room have access to the terrace offering amazing sea view.
On the left side of the hallway, a small corridor leads to a double bedroom with sea views, and a smaller double bedroom. Both bedrooms have TV and share the same bathroom with shower in the corridor. At the end of this corridor, a door opens directly onto the garden terrace.
The top floor is reached directly from the garden, by climbing (25 steps). Entrance is onto a huge solarium terrace enjoying a wide view of the sea. It is furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs for four person , inbuilt seating, outdoor shower and deck chairs.
Seven steps lead down into a romantic attic accommodation composed of:
Dining/living room, table, sofa, corner kitchen with small fridge, Bathroom with shower, double bedroom convertible as a twin with window looking the garden.

Electricity: 300 Kwh are included in the rental price. Excess of the included kwh will be charged locally.
Luggage carrying service, both on arrival and on departure, included in the rental price.
