1️⃣ No smoking indoors
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please use permitted outdoor areas.
Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 smoke-remediation charge.
2️⃣ No Parties
Hosting parties is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized gatherings lead to immediate termination of your stay without a refund and 2000$ fee.
3️⃣ No Pets Allowed
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property.
4️⃣ Security cameras
For guest safety and property security, security cameras are in operation:
• 1 camera monitors the exterior/building entrance
• 1 camera monitors the common interior stairway
5️⃣ Check-in & check-out
Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed 1 day before arrival/departure, depending on our cleaning schedule.
If available, the fee is $50/hour.
