One bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with an open plan kitchen and living room. Tastefully furnished, peaceful accommodations. Convenient to travel to Manhattan, but interesting neighborhood to hang out in as well. Wheelchair accessible.
This is a garden level apartment with an open kitchen and living room. The spacious bedroom and bathroom are in the back of the house. The apartment meets wheelchair accessibility requirements. There is a pullout couch from design within reach in the living room for additional guests.
You will have the whole apartment to yourself.
You will be staying in the apartment without me, so you will have your privacy. However, I live upstairs, so am easily available. I am happy to suggest good things to do if you give me a list of your interests!
The apartment has been refurnished in a similar, but more minimalist style. Notable changes: there is no tv in the apartment, the walls are white, and the apartment has been decluttered. Please note that the apartment is peaceful, but there is construction on the block which, by some miracle, doesn't make noise, but does make the sidewalk dirty. Many sidewalks in Brooklyn are dirty though. Small dogs may be approved on a case by case basis, but, unfortunately due to allergies, cats are not welcome. Baby items may be available for use upon request.
Parties and overnight guests are not allowed. You should be quiet and respectful of your neighbors. Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis, so please let me know if you would like to bring your dog. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats, so they cannot be accommodated here. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Please do not wear shoes in the apartment.
