Thank you for staying at my apartment, Nate. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your stay, and I would like to address some of your feedback.
First of all, I have changed out the WiFi unit to a new one, based on your feedback.
The apartment is a reasonably large for the area, and with a huge terrace, partly under roof, which can be used to store luggage. I do know there is a difference in expectations from East Asian travellers and travellers from Europe and US when it comes to how spacious an apartment should be though. The pictures does reflects the size of the apartment.
The toilet rug, which is standard in Japan, is washed between every guest and is therefore clean upon arrival.
Just for clarification, there is a toilet seat cover on the lid, not on the seat itself. This is also standard in a Japanese private home. And the idea is from an estetique view - that it looks nicer. I will consider to remove it though. If it gives the guest a bad impression, it has the opposite effect than intended.
Thank you for taking good care of the apartment during your stay.
