My place is located on 43rd & 9th in Hell's Kitchen, smack dab in the middle of the Theater District. It's far enough away to be quiet at night and just an 8 min walk to Times Square. My apartment is on the top floor of a pre-war building (no elevator), so you’ll get beautiful morning light and no noise from any neighbors upstairs. If you like getting outside, my place is two streets over from the Hudson River. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and (some) furry friends.
My apartment is uniquely spacious for Times Square and is the perfect cozy, homey place to recuperate/escape to after a day of exploring. My place has all of the old beauty and character a pre-war building but with stainless steel appliances and the comforts of home. Options: explore central park less than a mile north, see a show at one of the dozen theaters within a 2 block radius or indulge in some of the best eats around town.
I work long hours, so most of the time you'll have the entire apartment to yourself. Check in / check out time can be flexible depending whether or not I have guests that day.
I work very close to home, so I'm around to help if you want a restaurant suggestion or help lugging bags upstairs.
Note: the apartment is on the fifth floor of a walk up building, so be prepared for a bit of exercise.
(To be honest, when I first moved in, I thought the four flights of stairs would be annoying to walk up and down, but I've actually not minded at all. It's *totally* worth it for the quiet and the morning light.)
