Enjoy the sunset, stargazing or morning coffee in the private hot tub alongside gas grill for added cooking options/enjoyment. For the families...I have an extremely large master closet that guests have enjoyed using as a nursery. I have a full sized crib with bedding that can be used in this space.
There is so much to do here! Enjoy perfect weather and convenient location for hiking, biking, horseback riding, sports events, golf, casinos and entertainment, great shopping and dining. You will absolutely love the amazing walking trail/greenbelt just around the corner with spectacular desert scenery.
Located approximately 15 minutes south of Sky Harbor airport. Easy access to I-10, I-202 and I-101 makes destinations like Downtown and Scottsdale so accessible.

o Pet Policy:
Small dog (1) will be allowed with prior approval.. You must clean up after your pet.
o No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests. Limit guests to the number indicated at the time of booking.
o Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
o If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Your honesty will be greatly appreciated.
o Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
o No smoking – also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky. Please use courtesy and discretion as to where you dispose of your cigarettes.
o Recycle. There are 2 cans in the garage…the dark green one is for trash; the blue one is for recycling. Please put bottles, cans and clean paper products in the recycle can.
o Return all keys/fobs
There is no key for the main door. Please utilize the 4-digit number I will provide for you. Loss of the pool/tennis court fob/key will result in a $50 charge.
o Heating and cooling. The cost of cooling is quite expensive. Please be thoughtful and increase the temperature by a few degrees if you will be out of the home for many hours.
o Kitchen. Enjoy everything left for you to use and consume. Please clean up after cooking and eating.
o Outdoor grill. It is critical that you remain near the grill while cooking. Many foods, especially meats will catch fire and cause a flare-up. Immediately close the lid and turn the burners to the “off” position.
It has always been a dream of mine to own a Bed and Breakfast. It didn’t seem realistic or practical by the “old standards”. Sites like these open up possibilities from your side as well as mine and I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my home with others!
