Dear Iris, as I wrote you per PM I really have to apologize for so many inconveniences that happened to you during your stay really looking on just as bad luck. As you can read in feedbacks of all guests before there is no one who would have written such a negative reference because all guests were happy with all things the penthouse offered to them and much more. The location is great because of having so many opportunities. On the one hand you can enjoy being like ashore and on the other hand there is a city centre reachable in a couple of minutes. We tried hard and invested a lot into the penthouse's modern equipment and by now there were almost no complaints concerning this so I am very disapointed to hear this from you. It was really a great pity for having it rainy in Salzburg but this is usual there at this time of the year. Despite everything I hope to welcome you in Salzburg again! Kind regards Patricia

Dear Saurin, thank you very much for your feedback. In principle we do not use microwaves and in no of our apartments there is such a device. Due to microwave effects on the human health we prefer fresh cooking on a stove or oven which many of our guests also very appriciate. Thank you for your undestanding. Patricia
