Thank you for your interest in staying with us for 30 days! We’d love to welcome you to Benseritha’s Garden House. Because this is an extended stay, we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of the property, shared spaces, maintenance, parking, and access before booking.

🏡 Property Layout & Privacy
The home consists of two completely separate living units. Your rental is the downstairs unit, which has its own private front-door entrance.
The upstairs unit has its own separate living space and entrance. There is also a shared side entrance/door that provides access to the property and shared areas.
You will not have access to the upstairs living space, and the upstairs guests will not have access to your private downstairs living area.

🌳 Shared Backyard
The backyard is always a shared outdoor space between both units. If you would like to use the backyard, please communicate with us and the other guest(s) regarding when and how you would like to use it so everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the space comfortably.
This is especially important for extended outdoor time, gatherings, games, or use of the seating areas. We simply ask everyone to be respectful, clean up after themselves, and be mindful of the other guests and our neighbors.

🔑 Property Access
The following entrances may be used:
Exterior Front Door: Access with key or code
Exterior Side Door: Access with code
Interior Hallway Door: Access with key
Because the upstairs unit is a separate living space, you will not have access to that unit.

🔧 Maintenance & Upper Unit
From time to time, we may need access to the property to complete necessary maintenance, repairs, or improvements to the separate upstairs unit.
Whenever possible, we will provide 12–24 hours' advance notice and schedule work during reasonable daytime hours. We will make every effort to minimize any disruption to your stay.

🧹 Mid-Stay Cleaning & Property Check
Because this is a 30-day stay, we will schedule a mid-stay cleaning and property check. We will coordinate the date and time with you in advance.

🌿 Weekly Lawn Care & Outdoor Maintenance
Lawn care is typically completed every Thursday during daytime hours.
Please keep personal belongings, toys, and vehicles off the lawn when maintenance is scheduled so our lawn-care team can properly maintain the property.
Vehicles are never permitted to be parked on the front lawn or backyard lawn at any time. This applies to guests and visitors, including during unloading, gatherings, or special events.
Seasonal maintenance, including leaf removal, snow removal, or other necessary outdoor maintenance, may also take place during your stay.

🚗 Parking
Because the property has two separate units, parking is designated by unit.
Downstairs Guests:
You have driveway parking privileges. We prefer that vehicles be parked as close to the garage as possible while keeping access to the garage clear.
Please note that the garage itself is not available for guest use.
Upstairs Guests:
Upstairs guests generally park on the street.
If an upstairs guest needs to unload luggage, groceries, or assist elderly guests or children, they may use the driveway for approximately 15 minutes and then should move their vehicle back to the street.

🚫 Lawn Parking:
Vehicles should never be parked on the front or backyard lawn at any time. Please use the designated driveway or legal street parking.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling collection follows the City of Milwaukee collection schedule.
Please refer to the attached city schedule for the specific pickup dates during your stay.

Our goal is to make your 30-day stay comfortable, private, and enjoyable while also allowing us to properly maintain the property and prepare the separate upper unit.

🏡😊Our family home is near the center of the city of Milwaukee. The city neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. Its also rich in culture and full diversity in each home, which reflects our city as a whole. Our neighbors are respectful and carry out their normal everyday lives, such as gardening, spending time with family and friends outside, and doing outdoor projects. We are confident our property will make you feel right at home.
